Description

The Al Shamel Water Treatment Plant project in Hail involved the preparation of comprehensive studies and designs, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and electronic for the development of a major water treatment facility with a capacity of 150,000 m³/day, covering a total area of 2,448,000 m². The scope included supervision of the construction of critical infrastructure such as the administration and guard buildings, reverse osmosis units, ultrafine membranes, multiple sand filters, chemical and chlorine storage facilities, workshops, generator and transformer buildings, ventilation towers, and a SCADA-based control room. Additional components included a 7,500 m³ receiving tank, a 1,000 m³ return water tank, a return water pumping station, and large evaporation lakes spanning 2,220,000 m². The project also covered the execution of internal roads, landscaping, and plant security fencing.
