Description

The project involves the detailed study and design of 1,097 km of water systems and 711 km of sewerage networks to serve the governorates of Kaamil, Rabigh, Jamoom, and Khulais, along with surrounding villages within the Makkah Region. It focuses on expanding access to potable water and sanitation services through the development of transmission lines, tanks, pumping stations, and treatment plants, implemented in two phases (up to 2030 and 2050). The project integrates environmental studies, value engineering, renewable energy applications, and full infrastructure design to ensure sustainable service delivery and accommodate future urban growth.
