The project involved the comprehensive supervision of operation, maintenance, and cleaning services for water desalination and purification plants, sewage treatment plants, and their accessories including wells, pumping and lifting stations, tanks, main and branch networks across all land ports managed by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority. The scope included the supervision of cleaning services such as internal and external cleaning of buildings and facilities, cleaning of equipment, tools, and sludge disposal, as well as the provision of necessary cleaning equipment and materials. Operation services covered the full operation of all components, including water and sewage plants, wells, networks, and stations, and ensuring uninterrupted water supply in the event of system failures. It also included the operation and maintenance of return lines, sludge units, injection systems, SCADA, and other control systems. Maintenance services included routine and emergency maintenance of all infrastructure and equipment, and the supply of necessary tools, spare parts, and materials. The scope also extended to preparing operational, safety, emergency, and contingency plans; submitting periodic and emergency reports; and maintaining full compliance with safety, occupational health, and service standards set by the Authority. The project ensured seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and environmental compliance for vital water and sewage infrastructure at strategic national locations.
