Execution of Sewer lines, networks and connections in the north and east of the Riyadh city. As a professional supervision consultant, we played a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, execution and completion of the project. Our primary responsibilities include overseeing the construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, standards, and safety regulations and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle. The consultant’s duties included full supervision of wastewater projects within the project scope throughout the contract period. These projects involved more than ten contractors, with a total value exceeding one billion SAR. The scope of work covered the execution of main sewer lines, lift stations, and wastewater networks. Execution methods varied according to site requirements and conditions, ranging from open-cut excavation to micro tunnelling.
